Arnold Weiss serves as Global ER General Counsel, advising the organization on strategy and legal matters

Arnie has served as the Assistant Counsel to the New York State Commission of Investigation an agency dedicated to ferreting out organized crime and official corruption.  Since then, Arnie has specialized in civil litigation and commercial transactions. He has litigated, tried and/or resolved a broad range of cases in federal and state courts, before arbitration panels, and in mediation.

Arnie was recently honored with the Brooklyn College Lifetime Achievement Award. He is also a member of America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals.  He holds a B.A. from Brooklyn College and a J.D. (Cum Laude) from Harvard Law School.
