Theresa Gheen joined Global ER in 2010.  She is the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Santa Fe in New Mexico, serving as fiscal agent for State appropriations, civil litigation, governmental compliance, Historic Preservation and Land Use

Theresa was previously with Wiggins, William and Wiggins PC where she specialized in labor and employment law, civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Theresa helped to establish the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Collaborative, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Iraqi refugees who have resettled in the United States. Theresa Holds a B.A. from Oberlin College, a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School.
